git 自动推送与编辑问题

桌面端还是手机端：桌面端
版本号：0.3.9

简单描述（必须）

1. 可以通过 Run git command 完成 commit 和 push，但好像 Enable Git auto commit 并没有工作
2. 页面使用默认应用打开编辑保存后，logseq 中页面的 linked reference 会消失，重新建立索引才可恢复
