**Describe the bug**
Hi, I recently updated to `version 0.5.9` and now I am fin…ding that my journal pages are being created with the default `yyyy_MM_dd` format even though I have `:journal/page-title-format "yyyy-MM-dd"` set in my `config.edn` as well as in the Settings tab. I did not face this issue in the previous versions. Can some one please help? This is quite serious as it overwrites my journal page entry and thus leads to data loss :(
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Editor -> Preferred date format
3. Scroll and select 'yyyy-MM-dd'
4. After reindexing a file `2022_01_24.md` was created.
**Expected behavior**
It is expected that the journal file will be called `2022-01-24.md`.

I also tried the nightly version for 202201021, but the same issue persists.
