### What Ha…ppened?
Any page I create where I pass a certain threshold of # of blocks will start to repeatedly auto-refresh itself making it more or less unusable.

* Create a new page
* Paste the following on the page:

### Expected Behavior
A page should... just stay rendered and not keep auto-refreshing?

### Desktop or Mobile Platform Information
Everything's pretty vanilla here. Have SyncThing keeping it synchronized but tried disabling that just to be sure.
Have also confirmed via ProcessMonitor that nothing else is accessing the .md file that it's spinning on. Further, the LogSeq.exe process itself isn't actually accessing the file on disk as I sit and watch it; looks like it's probably doing something in memory that's silly.
